I’m a scholar and ethnographer of Indian religion at Duke University.
My research combines ethnographic and historical methods, drawing on my background in history, cultural anthropology, and religious studies. I have presented my work at major conferences, including the American Academy of Religion and the North American Association for the Study of Religion, and my book reviews have appeared in journals such as Religion and the Journal of Dharma Studies. Beyond academia, I am also committed to public engagement and making my research accessible to wider audiences.
